A Joint Development Agreement. This is an arrangement between an owner of the land and a builder where the land owner contributes the land and the Rayaan Constructions undertakes the responsibility of obtaining approvals, property development, launching and marketing the project.

When we take a  development project, we take complete responsibility. Nothing is left to the imagination. From planning through post construction, we are fully committed to the project and the team. From pre-construction parameters that include estimating, coordination and scheduling to material and method analysis we set the ball rolling across all aspects of construction.
